Note: There will be sales and promotions during these mentioned times. If you have already purchased a ticket, you are entitled to buy a discounted pass on sale and transfer another person's name to it.
TBF2010 Tickets are non-refundable. They are however transferable to another person as long as you email us the name of the new ticket holder before Friday, February 19th midnight.
There are no physical tickets. Your name enters our database. You must bring photo ID and/or your printed online receipt when registering at the TBF event and will get a wristband to be worn for the weekend. Lose or tear off your wristband, lose your ticket.
The Pre-Party at Acrobat Lounge is not a part of any TBF package. This will be sold at the door.
**$20 cover includes a Beginner Bachata workshop at 8pm by The Bachata Club and a Beginner/Intermediate Salsa lesson at 9pm by GoDanceMambo, plus shows and instructor demos. $15 after 10pm (after the workshops).
Picking up your Pass
We encourage you to register and pick up your wristband on Friday at Acrobat Lounge to avoid line-ups on Saturday.
If you miss Friday, come early on Saturday (1:20ish) to register, pick up your wristband, and start at 2pm on time.
If you are coming for Saturday night's 8pm workshop, come for 7pm to register or pick up your pre-paid pass.
Filming
Ask your instructor if you can video the workshop at the last 5 minutes. No filming during the actual workshop allowed.
You can video all you want on Saturday and Sunday nights!
