Stephanie and Bowie travel to select not only the best teachers, but the friendliest human beings, who are passionate about dance and will want to share that with you. Troy and Jorjet are the world's pioneers in Bachata Instruction. They have been travelling internationally for over 10 years, educating students about Dominican-style bachata. They are literally away every single weekend!
We are so pleased to have them back from our 1st year's TBF. Thoroughly entertaining, they are simply amazing! Jorjet will also teach her famous pachanga workshop! Back by popular demand!

Darlin Garcia is also a worldwide sensation and has been on the international salsa circuit for the past 10 years. Darlin has been asked back to GDM events for the past 4 years for his knowledge, fun, authenticity, rhythm, musicality, charm...
With his partner Liz, they are back to dance with you all night long!

Carlos Da Silva and Lenka Neoralová
Carlos is one of the biggest names in Zouk. After 10 years of teaching and performing Brazilian funk, samba, forro and foxtrot in Rio, he then moved to Prague where he works with 3 different partners and 3 teaching instructors, plus travels with an 18-dancer show. He took a risk and worked hard to promote the Samba, Zouk and Tango all around the Czech Republic with his wife Sophie. Since nobody was aware of these type of dances, we had to work very hard to let our dream succeed. Carlos's focus and specialty is in Zouk and now, 5 years later, he can say he is the Godfather of Zouk in Prague. They also proud to have organized the first Zouk Congress in Prague in January 2010!

Bowie Romero

Bowie has been teaching salsa, mambo, bachata and cha cha in Toronto for over 3 years and has been the Sunday Salsa Social dj for just over 2 years. Bowie's training consists in the Go Dance Mambo Training Program, and has travelled extensively to New York City to attend Eddie Torres and Frankie Martinez classes, including attending New York's best socials-Jimmy Anton Social and la Vieja Guardia social. Bowie deejayed SalsaGlam's bachata room and salsa room 2010, and has been invited to the New Jersey Congress April 2011. His musicality is exceptional and turn patterns are definitely spicy! Bowie is inspired by Baila Society, Oliver Pineda in mambo, and Troy and Jorjet in bachata. He now is the only Dominican-style footwork instructor in Toronto and Go Dance Mambo is proud to have him!

Darius Zi

Darius, the founder, artistic director, and choreographer of dZouk Productions, has been travelling over the past two years to major Zouk scenes around the world where he has enhanced his knowledge of Zouk by taking workshops and private lessons from some of the top Zouk instructors in Australia, Germany, Holland, Czeck Republic and Brazil. Darius has been a pioneer in bringing Zouk Lambada on stage in Canada and in the first year of his Zouk career, he produced four choreographies. Darius has represented Canada on international Zouk stages such as Vancouver, Amsterdam, Prague and Rio de Janeiro. Darius is well known for his originality in choreography and unique methodology in technical instruction. He is a guest instructor at Go Dance Mambo alongside Stephanie Gurnon of Go Dance Mambo.

Angelo Torres and Kathy Dondish
Angelo De Torres & Kathy Dondish have had the love and appreciation for latin music for a very long time. They have started dancing together for over 2 years and genuinely enjoy sharing their passion for Bachata by performing and competing in various Congresses and events such as the Toronto Bachata Festival, the All-Star Salsa Cruise, the Chim Pum Callao Congress, and the Canada Salsa Congress where they have won 1st place and were finalists in the 1st Toronto Bachata Festival competition.

Lucas Amaral of Brazil Dance World and Monika
Lucas and Goreti are the directors of Brazil Dance World in downtown Toronto, specializing in forro, samba de gafiera, and zouk dancing. Monika will be assisting Lucas at our 2nd TBF Pre-Party!

DJ Mr B, of the popular Sunday Salsa Social, guest DJ at 2010 SalsaGlam in Montreal 2010/11, guest Dj at the DC Bachata Congress August 2011.
Mr B specializes in vintage salsa, bachata urbana, traditional bachata, and vintage cha cha. He'll be spinning the shows and the social dancing! Confirmed!
DJ Danilo of Corporacion Sabor will be spinning urban bachata and salsa greats at the start of both weekend nights. Confirmed !
Dj Duck, Junyan and Darius will be your Zouk DJs for the Zouk Room, Confirmed!
AND Montreal's Jean Nonez from Montreal's Wednesday Zouk Nights!
There will also be an after-party both Saturday and Sunday nights at the Estonian house til 4am!
