We are excited to announce that Go Dance Mambo is now teaching Rio-style Zouk progressive classes. See below for the open houses happening in the next 2 weeks, and the start dates. We are also bringing back cha cha for the fall. Yay!
Stephanie and Renata of Toronto Dance Zouk are organizing the first Zouk Fest in the fall. K-yo Victor from Brazil, is returning as special guest instructor-this time with his partner Gabi Povoa! Earlybird tickets for this workshop/party weekend end September 8!
We are also busy preparing 2 performance teams for the NYC salsa congress, the Quebec Salsa Festival, and... the 9th Annual Canada Salsa Congress happening on Oct 6-9, 2011 @the Sheraton downtown. Get your earlybird tickets now! This is Canada's best salsa event! K-yo and another couple from Sao Paulo, Rodrigo & Karina will be there as well!
After the congress we are starting our 2nd Annual Toronto Bachata Competition! This year, the prelims start at the CSC!

Acrobat Lounge.
Go there and find other students who take classes. *Acrobat is a regular salsa hangout for advanced beginner to advanced levels. 10pm onwards: Fun! $8 for GDM current students, or $10 if not. Free for ladies between 10-11pm without the lesson. Come early for parking.

Friday: Acrobat Lounge $10 includes lesson or free before 10 for ladies.

Saturday: Toronto Salsa Practice 3:30-6pm $5.

About Us
Go Dance Mambo wants to be the best part of your day!
All our staff and students come to dance to relax, to socialize, and listen to salsa's healing rhythms. We offer dance classes in salsa, mambo, bachata, cha cha and zouk while offering specialty classes, workshops and the popular 8-year Sunday Salsa Social. We are the proud creators of the Toronto Bachata Festival,The Toronto Bachata Competition (In the past we've created Winter Salsa Carnival, & the Chocolate Salsa Party). Our latest addition: a new Sunday Zouk social! Wohoo!
We also volunteer for the Toronto School Board with their immigrant dance programs for kids, and work with Windfallbasics.com Kids' Club to raise funds for new clothing for kids in shelters.
