Taken from Philip Miha's Churrazouk in Sao Paulo (17 years!), Stephanie has created a similar event for zouk lovers who want to spend a wonderful Saturday day and night dancing and eating by the Toronto beaches.

The congress dates are Dec 29-Jan 7, 2013, but travel dates will be slightly different.

Foreigners pay in US dollars, while WE can get YOU a competitive flight price TORONTO-Sao Paulo, trip to Porto Seguro in Reais at 1/3 of the price, and congress tickets in Reais at 1/3 of the price as well.

(Looking into best prices on Air Canada, Tam and Copa Air) around $1500-1600 Cn incl taxes, for Dec 26-Jan 6 non-stop. If you want to book different dates, just let us know.

Trip from Sao Paulo to Porto Seguro, Bahia (North of Brazil)
$350-500 Cn -depending on when you book.
Right now it's at $290 Canadian or 464 Reias with Gol airlines.
As a foreigner paying on the Voegol website, you will be paying R700 Reais, and you can only use American Express.

Accomodation in Porto Seguro

Depends on when you book. There are only 5 apartments left if you want to stay with K-yo, Jules, Steph, etc.

You can book your own, but it will be in dollars (which means the price is augmented by 1/3, it's not just the equivalent of Brazilian prices). And you may get a place that is far from the congress.

Prices 
1 Apt with  2 dorm = R$ 600,00 daily
(9 people or R$ 66,00 per person, per day which is $42CN)

4 Apt with 1 dorm each = R$ 400,00 a diária (5 people at R$ 80,00 per person, per day which is $50CN).

To confirm your reservation you need to pay 50% up front.

That's why we need 5 or 9 people booked to go ahead with this.

You can book a single room for about 140Reias per day, or around $90Cn.

Congress ticket prices  

Depends on when you book due to earlybird prices and which package you choose. The rates are also based on the exchange rate of 1.6 to 1.
