Salsa Classes - 8 weeks

The next salsa session begins the week of September 7, 2010, for 8 weeks.

Repeat a Salsa Class for only $99! Take an unlimited pass if taking 2 classes or more.

If joining our current session after the 3rd class of a session, a 1/2 hour private on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday at $20 will be needed in order to jump into any level.

Specialty Courses  for Summer 2010

12 weeks-Drop-in Friendly!

Advanced Summer Body Training Ends June 28 and continues July 5-Aug 30 for 8 weeks w/ Rafael. Drop in friendly. Prepare to sweat! Summer Body Training will start July til August for 8 weeks.High intensity trained dance, (not salsa) designed to improve stamina, extensions, lines, posture, awareness, isolations, pivots, turns, arms, head.

On1 to On2 Bootcamp- Salsa to Mambo. Deepen your understanding of music-timing, rhythm, phrasing and accenting. The moves are the same as in salsa! Starts Monday 8:30-10pm.

Cha Cha Bootcamp- New ! Thursdays 7-8:30pm w/Bowie Romero. Learn cha cha timing, partnerwork, shines...learn cha cha, learn how to dance mambo!

Drop-in friendly! (Ongoing) Stay for the practice til 10:30pm.

TUESDAY SALSA PRACTICE  FREE!
Open to all students across the city. INSTRUCTORS are available to answer questions. You can also book $20 half hour privates with Bowie & Karen (Maximum 2 per person-more sessions can be booked at regular prices) between 9-10:30pm. 

THURSDAY SALSA SOCIAL  Open to all! 8:45pm-midnight! An exciting Thursday salsa option in the city. Only $5! Includes Shines Lesson. Free for Thursday GDM students except on Pro Show nights. Starts January 7th, 2010 (weekly-2nd flr). No bar, just water $1. Check out show listings here. Free Dovercourt Rd. Parking limited to midnight. Move & Groove Shines class 8:45-9:15pm. New! Enjoy alternating 3rd floor socials-one week Zouk/Kizomba, the other week Bachata social. Pay $5 at GDM and get the other social for free.

SUNDAY SALSA SOCIAL  Open to all students across the city. Six years and a half of salsa on1 and on2 fun, from 5:00-10:00pm WEEKLY. 0n2 shines lesson from 5:15-6:00pm. Cash bar and super dance floor. It gets packed by 7:30pm.
