Back Massage Thursdays 6:30-9pm til October 24

We are happy to offer a wonderful new service: Massage every Thursday!

We'll be alternating between Melissa (reflexologist), Robert (RMT Swedish massage) and Linda (Body Talk method) every 8 weeks. Robert is now on the rotation til October 24. Each therapist brings a special chair for their treatments and are $1/min. All 3 are from All One Clinic (in Roncesvalles) 

What is reflexology? The feet are a map of your body. Pressure points are applied to different regions of the foot that correspond to the bodies' aches and pains.
Reflexology promotes healing by stimulating the nerves in the body and encouraging the flow of blood. In the process, reflexology not only quells the sensation of pain, but relieves the source of the pain as well. This is a very revitalizing massage and wonderful before or after dance class.
